Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

FlowForg ERP ("the Service") is a product of ZsTechLabs, Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free-plan users and paid subscribers.

Our Services

FlowForg ERP provides cloud-based business management software including accounting, inventory, sales, purchasing, HR, and industry-specific modules. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your team members comply with these Terms
• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts created for fraudulent purposes will be terminated without refund.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to process or store data of a competitor product

Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout based on your location.

Refunds are available within 7 days of each subscription charge (including renewals) upon request, as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice - price changes never affect a billing period you have already paid for. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

Intellectual Property

FlowForg ERP and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by or licensed to ZsTechLabs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the system. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowForg's total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan, unless prohibited by local law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence. Your purchase itself is additionally subject to Paddle's buyer terms, as Paddle is the Merchant of Record for the transaction.
